Shared inbox
Messages arrive in one place the whole team can open, rather than on a single handset, with earlier messages kept with the conversation.
Pretiosus owns and operates two subscription products. Both are inboxes for replying to people who contacted a business first: Bridge for clinics and small businesses on WhatsApp and Instagram, FirstTouch for B2B sales enquiries.
Bridge and FirstTouch are developed for Pretiosus by Thesla Cloud Services (theslacloud.com).
Bridge (product name "Bridge AI") is a customer-messaging tool for clinics and other small businesses. It takes the WhatsApp messages customers send the business and puts them in one shared inbox the team can work through. On Instagram, it can send one automatic private reply to people who comment on the business's posts, with a link the business chooses.
The business connects the WhatsApp Business Account and Instagram account it already owns. Customers keep using the number and profile they already know.
Messages customers send are grouped into one conversation per person, so someone who messaged last month and messages again today appears as the same thread.
Staff take ownership of conversations, reply using scripted answers and ready-made templates, and mark them done. What is still outstanding stays visible instead of disappearing into a scroll.
Messages arrive in one place the whole team can open, rather than on a single handset, with earlier messages kept with the conversation.
A conversation can be handed to a specific person, and its history and owner travel with it, so a shift change does not reset the customer's experience.
The WhatsApp Business Account, the Instagram account, the number and the relationship with customers belong to the business.
Staff answer common questions with scripted answers and ready-made templates, and simple automations handle routine steps. Replies are scripted, not generated by AI.
FirstTouch is for businesses that receive sales enquiries from other businesses. Enquiries that reach the business become organised threads that its team can answer and track, with AI assistance to help the team handle them.
Inbound enquiries are collected into threads the whole sales team can see, so each one has an owner and an answer.
AI features assist the team in handling enquiries. See firsttouch.si for the current feature list.
FirstTouch handles inbound enquiries. A campaigns feature for messaging a customer's own opted-in contacts is planned but not built yet; it will never use purchased lists, cold outreach or telemarketing.
