Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy explains how Pretiosus delivers what you buy from us. Pretiosus is a sole proprietorship of Christy Robin, GSTIN 32BPCPV0220D1ZL, registered at 3rd floor V970, bldg no 60/44, JC Chambers, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala 682036, India.
1. Everything we sell is digital
We sell software subscriptions (Bridge and FirstTouch) and AI and automation development services. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved. We deliver online to customers in India and in other countries.
2. Software subscriptions
- We set up each account ourselves. Access is given by email or account activation, either immediately after your payment is confirmed or within 1 business day of it. Free trial accounts are set up in the same way after you ask for one.
- The email is sent to the address you gave us. It contains your sign-in or activation details.
- If you have not received access within 1 business day of paying, check your spam folder, then contact us at office@pretiosus.cc or +91 79998 38411 with your payment receipt and we will resolve it.
3. Services
- Services are delivered according to the project schedule agreed in writing before work starts, in the proposal or statement of work for that project.
- Work is delivered electronically, for example as access to a code repository, a system deployed to your infrastructure or accounts, files, or documentation.
- If a delivery date has to change, we will tell you in writing as soon as we know, with the reason and the new date.
4. If something is not delivered
If you paid and did not receive what you bought, contact us first at office@pretiosus.cc. If we cannot deliver it, refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
