What we do

We do two kinds of work.

Services. We design and build AI and automation systems for client businesses, most of them outside India. Each project is agreed in writing before work starts, with its scope, schedule and price. See services pricing. AI and automation services are delivered with Thesla Cloud Services and contracted and invoiced by Pretiosus.

Products. We own and operate two subscription software products:

• Bridge (connectbridge.ai), a customer-messaging tool for WhatsApp and Instagram that lets clinics and other small businesses organise and reply to WhatsApp messages from customers who contacted them first, using scripted answers, templates and simple automations, and send one automatic private reply to people who comment on their Instagram posts. It is not a medical, telemedicine or prescription service, and patients and customers never pay through it.
• FirstTouch (firsttouch.si), an AI-assisted inbox for handling inbound B2B sales enquiries. It is not a cold outreach or telemarketing tool.

Bridge and FirstTouch are developed for Pretiosus by Thesla Cloud Services (theslacloud.com).

We are registered in Kochi, Kerala, India, and work with clients in India and abroad. Everything we sell is delivered online; see our delivery policy.

Bridge integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram messaging. Pretiosus is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, WhatsApp or Instagram.
