We build AI features, workflow automation and integrations between the software a business already uses, delivered as a client project. Before any work starts we agree the scope, deliverables, schedule and price in writing.

AI and automation services are delivered with Thesla Cloud Services and contracted and invoiced by Pretiosus.

How a project works

  • Scope. You describe the problem; we reply with a written proposal covering what will be built, the schedule and the price.
  • Build. We develop against the agreed milestones and show progress as each one is reached.
  • Deliver. Work is handed over electronically, such as source code, a deployed system or documentation, on the agreed schedule.

Two subscription products, both built around replying to people who contacted a business first.

Bridge

A customer-messaging tool for WhatsApp and Instagram, for clinics and other small businesses. WhatsApp messages customers send arrive in one shared inbox, where the team answers them with scripted answers, ready-made templates and simple automations. On Instagram, it can send one automatic private reply to people who comment on the business's posts. Replies are scripted, not generated by AI.

  • Replies only. Bridge lets a business reply to customers and patients who contacted it first.
  • Not a medical service. Bridge is not a medical, telemedicine or prescription service and gives no medical advice.
  • Customers never pay through Bridge. Patients and customers never pay through it; it is a software subscription paid for by the business.

FirstTouch

An AI-assisted inbox for inbound B2B sales enquiries. Enquiries that reach a business become organised threads that its team can answer and track, with AI assistance to help the team handle them.

  • Inbound only. FirstTouch handles enquiries from people who have already contacted the business.
  • Not an outreach tool. It is not for cold outreach or telemarketing.
