Request access to, or deletion of, your data.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Every request goes to office@pretiosus.cc.

How your request is handled

  1. You send the request using a link above, the form, or by emailing office@pretiosus.cc directly.
  2. We verify who you are. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose or delete someone else's data.
  3. We locate the data associated with the details you give us.
  4. We act on the request and confirm to you what was done, within the timeframe required under the DPDP Act.

If you messaged a business that uses PRETIOSUS

Where you sent WhatsApp messages to a business that uses our platform, that business is the Data Fiduciary for your conversation and decides on retention and deletion. Send your request to us anyway — we will forward it to that business and support them in responding. Naming the business helps us route it faster.

If you are not satisfied

You may escalate a grievance to the Data Protection Board of India. Our full privacy commitments are set out in the privacy policy.

Anything that helps us find the right records — for example, an approximate date.
