What PRETIOSUS is, and what we are building.
We are an India-based platform helping service businesses manage the WhatsApp conversations their customers start. That is the whole scope, and we would rather describe it plainly than dress it up.
The problem we work on
Customers message businesses on WhatsApp because it is where they already are. For a clinic or a service business, that creates a practical problem: enquiries arrive on a phone, often a personal one, and there is no reliable way for a team to see what has come in, who is dealing with it, or what is still unanswered.
PRETIOSUS exists to fix that specific gap. Businesses connect the WhatsApp Business Account they already own, and inbound messages become a shared, organised queue their team can work through together.
Where we focus
Our initial focus is clinics, healthcare providers and other service businesses. These are settings where an unanswered message has a direct cost, where several staff need to share one number, and where the information in a conversation is genuinely sensitive.
Strictly inbound
PRETIOSUS is designed for responding to people who message you first. We do not build for cold outreach or unsolicited bulk messaging, we do not supply contact lists, and our terms of service prohibit using the platform for those purposes. This is a deliberate product boundary, not a feature we have yet to get to.
Privacy first, under Indian law
We operate from India and handle personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. A conversation inbox for a clinic can contain sensitive information, so we treat purpose limitation, restricted access and a working route for data requests as basic requirements rather than optional extras. Our privacy policy sets out what we collect and why, and the data request page is how anyone exercises their rights of access, correction or erasure.
An independent product
PRETIOSUS integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform so that businesses can use their own accounts. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.
